Our September 2017 production of Darker Shores by Michael Punter was very well received. A creepy, atmospheric thriller in the style of The Turn of the Screw and The Woman in Black, Darker Shores premiered at the Hampstead Theatre, London, 2009.

“IS ANYBODY THERE..?”

It is Christmas Eve, 1875. A lonely house sits atop a cliff, overlooking a desolate stretch of the East Sussex coast. The very rooms seem alive with unexplained sounds, shadows and voices. Outside, a gathering storm threatens to envelop the house and suffocate all those contained within.

Take a deep breath, relax, close your eyes and remember…there’s no such thing as ghosts.
