It’s Snow White, but not as you know it! Dancing mirrors, gambling jockeys and princesses who most certainly don’t need rescuing, all feature in this reworking of the classic tale, based on Roald Dahl’s Revolting Rhyme. Be a part of a fizz-whizzing fairy tale with this fantabulous performance!
Snow White – resourceful, brave and clever. Sings solo.
Queen – vain, vindictive and villainous. Sings solo.
King – mostly appears in Scene 1. Can sing solo.
Mirror – sings solo and dances.
Huntsman – seems cruel and rough, but is a softie at heart! Sings solo.
Narrators – also part of the chorus. Clear speaking voices needed!
Jockeys (dwarfs) – energetic, able to mime and sing in a group
The cast also includes a chorus, who will play the part of prospective queens, palace attendants, forest trees, horses and race track characters
Rehearsals will begin on Saturday 10th March and will be every Saturday at 12.30pm and Sunday at 10am, with a break over the Easter holidays. If you have any questions, please contact Louise at email@example.com
